Join us for a special celebration combining the vibrant spirit of Bastille Day and the warmth of Shabbat! You're cordially invited to our Bastille Day Shabbat, taking place on July 14th. This Shabbat holds an extra special significance as we welcome our new Rabbinic intern, Jérôme Chiavassa-Szenberg, who hails all the way from France. Jérôme will be joining us for the summer, bringing his unique perspective and enriching our community with his presence.
It promises to be an evening filled with delightful treats and a meaningful Shabbat service.
The festivities begin at 7:00 PM, where we will indulge in a delectable spread of wine, cheese, and freshly baked baguettes.
At 7:45 PM, we will gather for the Shabbat service, uniting our community in prayer, song, and reflection. We are also honoured that Jérôme will be giving the sermon for this Shabbat service!
