Kick off the Sukkot Sounds season with the house party of our dreams! We're taking over The Yard to host a Sukkot Sounds celebration filled with incredible live music, craft cocktails, delicious food, giant games, axe throwing, and of course, unique and immersive Sukkot ritual in community!
~Young adults are invited to join The Well, Repair the World Detroit, Coalition Series, OneTable, and The Yard at Corktown for this night to remember~
Doors open at 6:00 PM. We'll get the party started with a special guest DJ (more to come!) and enjoy a strolling vegetarian dinner and drinks. Around 7:00pm, we'll welcome Sukkot Sounds veteran James Gardin and his energetic and funky beats to the Sukkah-Stage. Giant games and axe throwing will be open all night, so you can eat, drink, dance, and play at your own pace.
As Sukkot is the Festival of Booths, and we're all headed to the voting booths in November, Repair the World will also facilitate a station where you can register to vote or pick up some resources on civic engagement and voting justice.
Tickets:
Tickets are available at three pay-what-you-can tiers. The standard ticket price for this event is $22, and includes vegetarian dinner, one drink ticket, live music, and unlimited access to The Yard's games and attractions. Due to the generosity of donors, we are able to offer a subsidized ticket price of $15, as well as a Pay it Forward price of $30, which supports our ability to keep this event financially accessible. Please select the ticket cost that feels most appropriate for you.
We don’t want cost to be a barrier for attending this event. For questions or additional support, please contact Marisa at [email protected].
