In the Neighborhood: Everyday Life On Hastings Street

Join Temple Israel and Temple Israel Brotherhood at the Detroit Historical Museum for an incredible exhibit presented by Jewish Historical Society of Michigan, "Everyday Life on Hastings Street." Take a walk back in history to 1880-1930, when Hastings St. was an enclave for Detroit’s Jewish immigrants. A fascinating blend of artifacts and storytelling give visitors a rare peek into Jewish life during the period.

 

$5 donation to JHSM per person -- Free DHM admission that day! Space is limited and priority will be given to Temple members on a first-come first-served basis. Registration is required by 7/12.
