In this 6-week magic workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of magic using everyday objects.
Lessons will include magic with paper, pencils, coins, string, elastic, ropes, playing cards, as well as some basic mentalism.
Presentation, Showmanship, Comedy and Character will also be touched on, as well as how to perform for different kinds of audiences and age groups. Participants will be encouraged to perform in front of the class.
The classes will be taught by Todd Shapiro (The Amazing Todsky), who has been performing as a professional magician for well over 40 years and has more than 3000 shows under his belt (how they all fit there is a magical trade secret).
Additional fee of $25 for materials.
