May 3^rd, 9-10 am: Building Emotional Resilience and Self-Compassion
May 10th, 3-4 pm: Coping with Rejection and Criticism
May 17th, 9am-10am: Finding Your Strengths
May 24^th, 9am-10am: Overcoming Setbacks and Obstacles
May 31^st, 3-4pm: Finding Your Identity Outside of Work
