Care Partner Support: 5 Weeks to Change

This is not your typical support group. This workshop series is designed to educate and connect care partners of a person living with dementia through five 90-minute weekly sessions. Sessions cover strategies and tools to assist you with in working best with your partner, and it helps you to best meet their needs and to reduce stress.
