Better Boundaries

Hosted by

Young Adults
College Students

Our first workshop on Boundaries back in January was such a hit that Dustin has prepared a 3-part series of additional workshops touching on similar topics. Join us in the lounge at L'Annexe for these evenings of learning, discussion, group activities, and role play!

We'll be addressing:

  • What are boundaries and why are they important?
  • What are the six major types of boundaries?
  • How do we identify, set, and maintain boundaries and keep our relationships intact?
  • What is a barrier, and how are boundaries and barriers different?

The boundaries that we set and hold for ourselves (or don't!) can have far-reaching effects on our financial lives, relationships, academic performance, time/schedule, and more. We'll be talking about this, as well as how boundaries are intrinsically linked with self-care, during the series and want you to join us for the discussions!

These workshops are open to anyone aged 16 to 35. Registration is free and mandatory.
