Re’Monda…elegant, smooth, rich and soulful are words often used to describe renowned vocalist Re’Monda.
At a young age, the Detroit native began her musical journey under the tutelage of Motown’s legend; Earl Van Dyke, and the gospel great Rudolph Hawkins. Re’Monda is a product of rich musical heritage gained by studying and performing with some of the best musical talents both locally and around the country.
Influenced by the vibrant female musical legends such as Aretha Franklin, Anita Baker, and Nancy Wilson. Her seemingly effortless and sultry sound embodies the combined musical genres of jazz, neo-soul, blues, and gospel.
Re’Monda has traveled around the country winning numerous awards and garnering a loyal fanbase with her amazing talent. As a featured soloist, Re’Monda dominates the stage with renditions of “Ain’t No Way”, “Glad There Is You”, “Been So Long”, and “Neither One of Us”.
There is a suggested donation of $18 per person per event.
Individual series sponsorships are welcome at the $100+ level and will be noted in the program. This is the last concert in our series.
