Shabbaton of Spirit & Song featuring Artist-in-Residence Robbie Schaefer

CSZ is thrilled to present - with generous support from the Zipser Foundation - musician, songwriter, playwright, and rabbinical student, Robbie Schaefer.


Enjoy any and all of these offerings with Robbie:


Friday evening, February 9th - 5:30 p.m. 

Communal oneg with hot hors d’oevres and spirited Kabbalat Shabbat service for all ages featuring Robbie and our clergy followed by Shabbos dinner.

Saturday morning, February 10th - 10:30 a.m.

Kids aged 6-12 are invited to learn and sing with Robbie in a special edition of Shabbat Family Experiences in the Bernstein Chapel, followed by our congregational lunch. Registration required for lunch. 

Saturday evening, February 10th - 6:45 p.m. 

An Adults-Only evening musical concert beginning with Havdalah. Drinks and refreshments will be served.

Sunday morning, February 11th - 11:00 a.m.

Concert and Brunch Shabbaton finale! Rock out with Robbie at a fun, energizing children’s concert designed for kids of all ages with a special brunch. 

Our entire weekend with Robbie is open to the community so bring your friends and get ready for a meaningful and heimish weekend of spirit, and song.
