Growing Our Understanding: Israel Update and Succulent Arranging

Hosted by

Adults

Registration is now closed, but walk-ins are welcome. If you are interested in attending, please contact Amy Wayne at awayne@jfmd.org or 248-203-1483

We invite you to join us for an informative evening out and a chance to exercise your green thumb mid-winter. Our community's Israeli Shlicha Lior Zisser-Yogev will begin the evening by sharing some insightful background on Israel and the current war. Lior will also address the unique role women have played in this particular conflict.

Then our Detroit ShinShinim will help us create mini succulent gardens as we celebrate all things growing and green for Tu B'Shevat. Succulents, like the Jewish people and Israel, are hardy and resilient and we hope your garden will serve as an uplifting reminder of our collective strength.

$18 per person includes refreshments and succulent arranging supplies.

Please register in advance by January 22.
