Imposter Syndrome: Workshop & Discussion

Hosted by

Do you ever doubt your own achievements? Have you ever asked yourself: Am I really qualified for this? Will people find out that I'm not as good as they think? Why am I in this position when there are so many others who deserve it more?

That's what some people refer to as "imposter syndrome" - a persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills - and we want to talk about it with you!

Our partners for this event, Friends for Mental Health & AMI-Québec, are coming to L'Annexe to deliver their awesome workshop and any young adults aged 16 to 35 are welcome to join us for an evening of exploration.
