Cummings World Choir (In Person)

Join us on Wednesday mornings for the Cummings World Choir. This lively, in person singing program will surely lift your spirits as you explore music from around the world. Sing in French, English, Hebrew, Russian, and more in this 2 hour musical experience where you will breathe deeper, connect with peers, and challenge your inner musician under the guidance of a highly skilled choral director. The term will finish with a live concert.

Ella Wilhelm is a Montreal-based soprano, voice and piano teacher. In 2006 she graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance with a Masters Degree in Voice, from the classes of Mme Bibiana Goldenthal and Zvi Zemel. In 2018 she completed her Masters Degree in Voice and Opera at McGill University under the guidance of Professor Stefano Algieri. During these studies, Ella's musical training was supported by prestigious scholarships- the America-Israel Cultural Foundation in 2004 and 2006, the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Danse Scholarship in 2005, and the Mariana Paunova and Stefano Algieri Scholarship in Voice from McGill University in 2017/2018.
