This course will cover the basic concepts and fundamental movements of Argentine tango. Starting with walking with a partner – to the music, in a comfortable embrace, with ease and balance – we will move on to basic sequences and moves such as the cuadrado, the cross, balanceos and ochos.

The course, which will include backward walking and pivots, is not suitable for those with reduced mobility. Please come with smooth-soled shoes for the class. You can register as a couple or solo.

Instruction available in French, English, & Spanish.

Please consult your physician prior to starting any exercise plan and follow all safety recommendations. If you ever feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or your heart is beating abnormally, stop exercising immediately and consult a health care professional if necessary.

Thursday (8 Sessions) Oct 12 - Nov 30 | 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM
