Art Therapy Trial Session

Hosted by

Young Adults
College Students

L'Annexe is proud to announce that our Art Therapist, Carmel, is going to be offering a group art therapy program this Fall for 25-35 year olds at L'Annexe. For more info on that, see this page: https://jlive.app/events/5146

This trial session, however, is different than that.

Maybe you're not sure if you're interested in art therapy.

Maybe you've never tried it before and aren't sure what to expect.

Maybe you're not ready to commit to the whole 8-week group but still want to try out something new.

Maybe you're aged 16-24 and not eligible for the upcoming Fall session for ages 25-35.

No matter what your reason for wanting to give art therapy a try, you're invited to join us for this one-night group art therapy activity!

Art therapy is simply the process of using art to explore and express feelings and thoughts that might be challenging to put into words, and anyone can benefit. It's not just something for people who have gone through trauma or who are facing serious, specific difficulties in their lives right now. You also don't need to be "good" at art or have any prior experience with making art in order to participate.
