Sukkot on the Canals: Connecting Earth, Local Food & Live Music

Hosted by

Young Adults

NOTE: This event is now SOLD OUT! Feel free to add yourself to the waitlist if you'd like, and we'll be in touch if a spot opens up!

Join Adamah Detroit & The Well for a Sukkot celebration highlighting the best of harvest season in Michigan! We’ll gather at Coriander Kitchen & Farm to engage in meaningful Jewish ritual and learning, share a vegetarian farm-to-table meal, and enjoy a spirited Sukkot Sounds concert, all against the backdrop of Detroit’s picturesque canals.

We're so excited to feature The Corn Potato String Band and Marbrisa, two of Detroit's most talented artists, who will perform an eclectic blend of joyful, spirited indie-folk-funk on strings.

Located on the canals in the Jefferson-Chalmers neighborhood, Coriander Kitchen & Farm makes their “casual, thoughtful local food” with their own farm-grown seasonal produce and herbs while also supporting other Detroit and Michigan farmers. Their waterfront location is the perfect setting to celebrate Sukkot!

This event is intended for young adults in their 20s and 30s.

Subsidized tickets are available at three pay-what-you-can tiers: $25, $36, and $50.

Your ticket includes Jewish learning and ritual activities, a farm-to-table vegetarian meal, one drink ticket, and an evening of music with The Corn Potato String Band and Marbrisa!

Cost should not be a barrier for attendance. For financial assistance, please reach out to [email protected].
