Join Federation's Maimonides Society at the Cranbrook Science Museum to hear from Dr. Eric Bershad about physiology in space, along with his unique experience working with astronauts as they prepare for flight. Dr. Bershad is an Associate Professor of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Space Medicine in the Neurocritical Care and Vascular Neurology section at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Bershad is board certified in Neurology, Vascular Neurology, and Neurocritical Care. Among many impressive roles, his primary research focus is brain and ocular physiology in space, which has led to his involvement in multiple NASA projects.
