Yael Halevi-Wise has been teaching English and Israeli literatures at the Departments of Jewish Studies and English since she and her family were recruited by McGill twenty years ago. She has been the Chair of the Department of Jewish Studies since 2018 and will complete this service this December. She recently completed her third book, this time on the life and work of the Israeli writer A. B. Yehoshua (z”l).
