Postpartum Support Group Cohort #2

A free, 6-week support group for new moms (with babies 0-12 months) to come together to share their experiences, give and receive support, and learn about helpful tools and resources for postpartum wellness. Topics discussed will include stress, adjustment to parenting, postpartum depression/anxiety, and self-care. Lap babies welcome!

Meetings will take place weekly on Wednesdays from 1-2:30pm from November 9th through December 14th at Nature's Playhouse in Ferndale.
