Details

Building Entrepreneurship is a leadership program for 9th-12th grade Jewish girls living in Michigan. Through this program, girls will be inspired and empowered by successful female entrepreneurs. They will learn the steps to create their own businesses, harness their creativity and ambitions to become confident entrepreneurs and leaders in today's society. Teens will be matched with mentors from successful women-owned businesses, create business proposals and present them "Shark Tank" style, and receive a certificate of completion upon graduation from the program.

Our 2022-2023 BE program is overseen by BBYO's regional S'ganit, Jessi Robins.

This is an application-based program that is open to members and non-members of BBYO. The number of participants is limited. Participants will be charged $150 to enroll in the program, and this fee is due once a participant has been accepted into the program. The fee supplements the heavily subsidized program costs as this program is generously sponsored by an anonymous donor.
