Parent Yoga Circle (September)

Parent yoga circle is a supportive space to come together for real-life talk, and mindful movement. The tools you learn and practice will help you feel more at home in your body, and allow you to navigate the ups and downs of parenting with more ease and joy. Open to all with a baby from 6 weeks, until crawling. This workshop is part of the ParentsConnect bundle.
