Dreams Do Come True: Speaker Series - Braulio Rocha

From September 29 – November 17, The Cummings Centre is proud to invite you to three exciting events in which guest speakers Lee Haberkorn, Lisa Rubin and Braulio Rocha will share engaging and inspiring stories that are sure to have you believing that dreams really do come true. These events cost $10 for members and $15 for guests.  In this event, meet Braulio Rocha, a Portuguese janitor at a Montreal synagogue who was about to begin his daily floor mopping routine some years ago when he heard a frantic voice. The photographer assigned to take pictures of a bris (a ritual circumcision for a baby boy)– hadn’t shown up, and the baby’s grandmother was panicking. What happened next? Hear his engaging and enlightening story to find out. Dreams really do come true.
