Presented by the Travel Club Committee, on Wednesday October 19 at 3:30pm – 5pm, the Cummings Centre invites you to an online event examining the craftsmanship of shoe construction from the Baroque, Renaissance and Victorian eras, up until today, marveling at brilliant shoe engineering techniques and clever uses of raw materials and seeing some wild and whimsical designs out there. This journey will include a discussion around the future of shoes and the pivotal role technology will play. This event is $10 for members and $15 for guests. Lace up, and come stroll through the centuries with us!
