Becca Gallick-Mitchell will demonstrate how to make her great grandmother Ester Weintraub’s Kopytka (Polish Potato Dumplings) and Mushroom Gravy. While Becca cooks, she will share some stories about her grandmother Mala Dorfman, her grandmother who survived the war, and Ester who perished.

Becca is a third generation Holocaust educator, recipe developer/blogger, and the founder of the InstaGrandma’s Kitchen website and Instagram account. Her inspiring culinary programs bridge generations and cultures while emphasizing the importance of fighting hatred with loving kindness.
