Get ready to enjoy a summer day with Beth Ahm friends in the D. We’ll meet at Milliken State Park (1900 Atwater Street) – part of the Detroit Riverwalk, named America’s best Riverwalk 2 years in a row.

Arrive at 10:30am to experience the city from a Jewish perspective. On this optional walking tour, Risha Ring will highlight the Jewish impact on the history of Detroit. Organized by the Beth Ahm Sisterhood.

Everyone is invited to join at noon for a BBQ lunch and picnic activities in the park. $10 for lunch and children under 5 are free.  Sponsored by the Nadis Family Fund.

After lunch, at 1:30pm, join the group for an optional bike ride to Belle Isle. See the development of the island and the attractions that make it a treasure of the City. We’ll explore the Conservatory,

tour the Oudolf Garden, and visit the aquarium. Organized by the Beth Ahm Men’s Club.
