Regardless of your perspectives, opinions or existing knowledge, nearly all of us as Jews have been pushed to think about Israel thanks to a non-stop news cycle and social media. It can be overwhelming to sort through what you're reading, hearing and seeing, and how you feel about it, which is why we've invited Daniel Aschheim, Deputy Consul General to the Consul General of Israel to the Midwest, to help us start to unpack our relationships with Israel. Daniel will lead us through a series of Q&A sessions and group discussions — not to give us all of the answers — but to have the space to ask questions and help us process some of our thoughts, our challenges, our struggles and our connections with Israel as American Jews.

This is a three-part series. Participants are invited to attend any or all of the sessions. Please specify which sessions you plan on attending when registering.

Dinner will be served at the end of each session. Dietary laws observed.

Please register in advance by May 15.

Thank you to our event co-chairs: Nicole Hertzberg and Andrew Moss
