Join us for a fun and accessible 30 minute fitness class, designed for all abilities! Together we will work on strength, flexibility, mobility and cardio. Participants are encouraged to join 15 minutes before the start of the class in order to get to know each other and our instructor. All movements can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities and seated versions are always provided. This class is intended for neurodiverse adults but all are welcome.
