Adat Shalom offers a wide variety of family activities over the High Holy Days: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Using this "all access pass" you can register for any or all of our experiences. These family experiences are free and open to the community. If you'd like to attend the main services as a guest of Adat Shalom please call, 248-851-5100.


Rosh Hashanah - Day 1 - September 26

9:00 a.m.- Boker Tov: Littles and Their Grown-ups Greet the New Year with Shelly Tarockoff

10:30 a.m.- Teen Talk: Big Questions for a New Year with Rabbi Nosanwisch

11:00 a.m.- Family Service and Tashlich for all ages led by Rabbi Dan


Rosh Hashanah - Day 2 - September 27

9:00 a.m.- Boker Tov: Littles and Their Grown-ups Greet the New Year with Shelly Tarockoff

9:45 a.m.- Blessing of the Babies

11:00 a.m.- Family Experience: Bringing Home the New Year with Rabbi Nosanwisch


Yom Kippur - October 5

9:00 a.m.- Boker Tov: Littles and Their Grown-ups Greet the New Year with Shelly Tarockoff

10:30 a.m.- Teen Talk: Making Your Heart Whole with Rabbi Nosanwisch

11:00 a.m.- Family Service for all ages led by Rabbi Dan


Supervised Youth Activities

9:30 a.m.- approx. 1:00 p.m.

Activities, stories, service, shofar blowing, and snacks for kids ages 1 year - 7th grade
