Special Connections is an initiative started by Sexologist/Relationships Expert Stephanie Mitelman and Special Needs Consultant/Behaviourist Matthew Selvin which is meant to bring neurodiverse young adults together and to facilitate friendship, romantic connections, and new opportunities to socialize more independently. Special Connections first began on Zoom during the pandemic and eventually went on to host its first live event in July 2022. To make sure each participant is successful, everyone who applies is asked to complete a brief online questionnaire and they are then interviewed at a later date to ensure the compatibility and appropriateness of every special connection. Anyone 18+ who wishes to be on our list to connect can contact us directly or simply complete our online registration document at NO COST.
