Monthly Dignity Workshop

Hosted by

Young Adults
College Students

Join local non-profit organization Monthly Dignity here at L'Annexe for a workshop exploring periods in a fun and accessible way.

Come learn about the different phases of the menstrual cycle and why understanding them is so important. Discover eco-friendly ways to manage periods, such as using cups, discs, or washable pads, and see how simple they are to use with our demos. We'll also discuss period poverty, what it means, and how it impacts people in Québec and across Canada. Additionally, we'll delve into the importance of inclusivity, considering everyone's gender identity and brainstorming ways to make our communities more supportive and welcoming. Don't miss out on this empowering event!

This workshop is open to anyone between the ages of 16 to 35. Registration is free and mandatory.
