Navigating Friendship (Workshop hosted by Friends for Mental Health & AMI-Québec)

Hosted by

Young Adults
College Students

Andreea from Friends for Mental Health and Oliver from AMI-Québec are coming back to host another engaging workshop for us here at L'Annexe. Come talk about friendship with us!

Have you heard people talking about a "friendship recession", or the fact that it seems so challenging to make and maintain relationships in this day and age?

The workshop will include discussion of the following questions:

  • What is a friend?
  • What creates friendship?
  • How is the internet changing friendship?
  • Why does it seem easier to make friends online?
  • What strategies can we use to build connections?
  • How can we cope with the end of a friendship?
  • & more!

This workshop is open to anyone aged between 16 and 35.
