Friends for Mental Health and AMI-Quebec are coming back to guest-host another workshop for us.


Join Andreea and Oliver to discuss a variety of topics related to how emotions function in our lives:


  • Emotions and well-being
  • Benefits of positive emotions and benefits of negative emotions
  • Emotions and their purpose and origin
  • Emotional intelligence

as well as different emotionally-charged experiences, like:


  • Shame and guilt
  • Pride and feeling respect
  • Embarrassment
  • Anger
  • Love & loss
  • Gratitude & compassion
  • Disgust & moral judgment
  • Jealousy & envy


This workshop is open to young adults aged 16 to 35.
