Boundaries: Exploring, Understanding, & Enforcing Our Limits

Hosted by

Young Adults
College Students

Boundaries are often not talked about as an aspect of self-care the same way other parts of self-care are, such as getting adequate sleep, eating well, exercising, and practicing mindfulness. However, boundaries are key in our interactions and relationships, whether with co-workers, friends, acquaintances, family members, or romantic partners.

Join Dustin for this evening of discussion, where we'll explore different types of boundaries, what makes a boundary healthy (or not), how we can enforce our limits even when it's uncomfortable, and more.

This workshop is open to those aged 16 to 35.
