Rosh Hashanah Cooking Workshop: Honey Cake

Hosted by

Young Adults
College Students

Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, is coming! Many people welcome in a new year of goodness and sweetness by enjoying honey, fruit, and other treats.

We're going to be celebrating the holiday by getting together to make honey cake. Whether you call it lekech, ugat dvash, honey cake, or something else, come meet Dustin & Ryan in the kitchen for this cooking workshop, which is open to anyone aged 16 to 35. You don't have to be familiar with Rosh Hashanah traditions or even be Jewish in order to join us - we're here to share and to have fun!

If you're looking for more High Holiday fun in a relaxed, welcome atmosphere with other young adults, don't forget to check out our Rosh Hashanah Community Dinner later this same week!

Please note that this workshop is held in an uncertified kitchen that serves vegetarian kosher-style, but not strictly kosher, food. If you have dietary needs, whether related to allergies, kosher, or otherwise, please get in touch with us as soon as you can so that we might accommodate you.
