Details

Young adults are invited to join The Well at Berkley Coffee in Oak Park for a Taste of Sukkot Sounds featuring Zingerman's Delicatessen and musical duo JORDANA.

With the culinary expertise of Zingerman’s Event Coordinator Tessie Ives-Wilson and the Jewish wisdom of The Well's Rabbi Jeff Stombaugh, we'll taste our way through curated dishes that represent the 7 Species, the traditional flavors we enjoy during harvest festivals and celebrations: wheat, barley, grapes, dates, figs, olives, and pomegranates.

*This tasting is fully vegetarian and other dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

Before the tasting begins, we'll start the evening off with a non-alcoholic cocktail reception, highlighting Berkley Coffee's extensive selection of NA spirits and impressive artisanal mixology.

In true Sukkot Sounds fashion, we'll have the pleasure of enjoying musical stylings from duo JORDANA throughout the night as well!

Due to the generosity of donors, subsidized tickets are available for $40 per person. Your ticket includes one signature NA cocktail (or drink of your choice), 6 curated tasting dishes produced by Zingerman's Delicatessen, and the enjoyment of live music by an up-and-coming local act - which all comes together to be a little taste of our Sukkot Sounds Festival on Sunday, October 16th! :)

The Well believes that costs should not be a barrier to participation. Please contact Marisa Meyerson (marisa@meetyouatthewell.org) for more information on subsidized ticket options.

COVID-19 vaccination and booster is required for all participants. Proof of vaccination required upon arrival.

About JORDANA:

Jordan Jinosko (she/hers) and Dana Nehls (she/hers) began playing music together in 2016 when they met in a music class at the University of Michigan. Since then, they have enjoyed gigging together in the Greater Detroit Area, playing a mixture of jazz standards, indie love songs, and vintage ballads from the 1950s.
