Technology is an integral part of our daily lives; being intentional about the role it plays is essential for our well-being. With the guidance of Jackie Issner, PhD, LP and Lilly Jacobson, PhD, LP, Parents and Teens will explore methods for living with social media and creating healthy boundaries.
The program will consist of a presentation by Drs. Issner and Jacobson followed by a breakout room and program for parents and one for teens.
